Accessing Moodle
To access Moodle, please follow the steps below.
- Determine your Vanguard ID information before attempting to log in. If you do not know your Vanguard ID, use the Quick Start Guide (opens in new window).
- Select the "Login with your Vanguard ID" button.
- On the Sign In screen, use your VGCC email address, and select Next.
- On the Enter Password screen, enter your password.
- After entering your password, you will be required to authenticate on the Approve Sign in Request screen.
- After authenticating, you will be taken to the Moodle dashboard where the courses you are enrolled in will show.
- Select the course you want to view to continue.
Course Availability
Courses will not be available until the first day of class. Please check your class start date on your registration documentation. Courses added after the first day of class may take up to 24 hours before it is visible in Moodle.
24/7 Moodle Support
Tech help is now available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Even during the evenings and on weekends, our VGCC Moodle users will be able to talk to a person to get their technical questions answered in real time!
